This Executive Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Chairman of the Company and the Managing Director in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written (English as their first language), with a proactive and assertive personality. This role requires meticulous attention to detail, organizational prowess, and the ability to anticipate needs and plan accordingly. The Executive Assistant will manage calendars, coordinate documents and filing, and drive processes forward with efficiency and precision. Additionally, the successful candidate will serve as a gatekeeper, interacting with various stakeholders and maintaining professionalism at all times.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain calendars for the Chairman and Managing Director, including scheduling appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare documents, presentations, and reports for internal and external meetings.
- Organize and maintain filing systems, ensuring efficient retrieval of documents as needed.
- Plan and execute various administrative tasks to support daily operations and ongoing projects.
- Anticipate needs and proactively address issues before they arise, demonstrating a forward-thinking approach.
- Serve as a gatekeeper, screening phone calls, emails, and visitors, and prioritizing correspondence accordingly.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders, representing the Chairman and Managing Director professionally and effectively.
- Demonstrate a high level of discretion and confidentiality in handling sensitive information.
- Foster a positive and collaborative work environment, working effectively with individuals of diverse personalities and backgrounds.

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field (BCom/BA) preferred.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant or similar role, preferably in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Excellent communication skills, with English as a first language, and the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely.
- Strong organizational skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Proficiency in MS Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and other relevant software applications and systems.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively, while maintaining flexibility in a rapidly changing environment.
