About the role: Early stages of development for a music streaming platform requires a passionate and driven Executive Assistant to be the right hand person to the CEO and COO. An immersive and transformative music player and community platform tailored for the electronic music community.

As the executive assistant the candidate will play a pivotal role in the team, enabling the executives to perform at a strategic level. One of the key aspects will be to help ensure that each of our stakeholders (executive team, Board, team members, customers, DJS, labels) is made to feel valued. This role offers the successful candidate the opportunity to step into other aspects of the business as the brand grows.
Responsibilities: Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO/COO, managing calendars, emails, and appointments.
Coordinate and schedule meetings, ensuring efficient use of the executives time.
Prepare and organize documents, presentations, and reports for executive meetings.
Act as a liaison between the CEO and internal/external stakeholders, maintaining professionalism and confidentiality and ensuring that each engagement helps the individual or team to feel valued
Assist with Community Management including social media, newsletters and customer support as needed
Conduct research and compile information on relevant industry trends, competitors, and business opportunities.
Handle travel arrangements, accommodations, and logistics for business trips.
Assist In Organizing Company Events And Functions.
Manage communication flow, responding to inquiries on behalf of the executives as needed.
Assist in the preparation and follow-up of important meetings and projects.
Take responsibility for delivery of special projects for executives
Collaborate with other team members to ensure seamless coordination and communication.
Office management including ensuring lunch is available as needed by the team.
Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in business and marketing preferred.
Excel skills must be proficient (eg lookup tables and formulae)

Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
Proficiency in office software and productivity tools- excel skills are critical

Salary: R40 000 - R60 000 per month.

- Must have at least 12 consecutive months of formal child caring experience, excluding work done for friends and family. This experience must be within the last 2 years.
- Must have their own, reliable car and at least 18 months driving experience.
- Must have at least 2 contactable childcare references.
- Must have a clear criminal record

- Must have Matric
- Must have a South African ID document.
