KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- General management of executives office
- Coordination of executives schedule
- Screen and direct calls and inquiries
- Administration of monthly payments & budget control
- Compilation of reports
- Preparation of presentations for Executive & Senior Leaders
- Planning and organising functions, meetings & special projects
- Travel and accommodation arrangements
- Typing of correspondence
- General administration duties (ordering stationery, filing, etc)
- Office Management qualification or Human Resources qualification advantageous
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Assistant to senior management
- Computer Literacy: Excel, Power Point, G suite advantageous, SAP
- Competencies required: Service orientation, problem solving; attention to detail, decision making, stress tolerance, building and maintaining relationships and communication
