Executive Assistant (Virtual)
Responsibilities
Diary Management for CEO and organising Email monitoring, sending and also communicating with clients, team, contacts and suppliers Time sheet review Expenses management (minimal role) Report writing Letters (minimal) Creative design of material (minimal) Billing raising invoices for the Firm Maintaining dashboard and checklist completion ensuring key tasks delegated happen Ensuring good housekeeping Assistance with events, workshops, roundtable and occasional RD speaking assignments Research technical, industry, accounting and general using AI tools preferably Articles (minimal one or two each month)
Requirements SA citizen
Work from home set up (own laptop, stable internet, UPS or Inverter or Generator)
Clear criminal record & references
Software :-
Microsoft suite including high level proficiency in PowerPoint and excel.
Knowledge of Xero useful
CRM experience preferable
