The role of an Executive Assistant is to effectively and efficiently manage the administrative tasks of the Executives they report to, they role is to alleviate the administrative burden on Executives so they can contribute more meaningfully to the strategic and tactical deliverables that they face on a daily basis.

- Administrative aptitude the ability efficiently and effectively manage the administrative tasks to ease the burden on the Executives they work for.
- Communication - Outstanding communication, interpersonal and negotiation abilities across all levels
- Multi-Tasking work with multiple Executives to ensure a high level of sport is maintained across the portfolio they hold.
- Problem Solver the ability to resolve administrative challenges on behalf of those the Executives they work for.
Qualifications
ESSENTIAL SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS:
- NQF Level 4, preferably with secretarial certification
- Advanced level proficiency in MS Office Suite
- Speed typing at a minimum of 75 words a minute
- Excellent grammatical and editing capability
