The Executive Assistant provides comprehensive administrative support to the Managing executive and
the department and is required to handle various administrative, logistical and financial tasks.
The role involves obtaining and managing cash flow updates from subsidiaries, coordinating
international and national assignments, handling procurement functions, and ensuring effective
stakeholder engagement. The role requires a high level of organization, document control, and integrity.
KEY PERFORMANCE AREAS
Financial Administration
- Obtain and manage cash flow reports from subsidiaries
- Handle minor account queries
- Coordinate international and national assignments for technicians, staff, and executives
- Manage travel visas and arrangements
- Provide support during assignments, including site work during outages
- Assist executive team and department
- Manage booking hours, purchase requisitions, and documentation control
- Maintain effective communication with relevant parties
- Uphold strong client relationships
- Maintain high standards of document control and integrity
- Assist with procurement requirements and supplier liaison
- Grade 12 with additional formal training in business administration or related field
- Minimum 5 years proven experience as an executive assistant or similar role in a project-oriented environment.
- Demonstrated experience in handling financial and logistical tasks
