Role Responsibilities
- Provide secretarial and administrative support to the CEO, including calendar management, meeting coordination, and customization of services based on CEO's preferences.
- Prepare, organise, and facilitate meetings with advanced materials.
- Maintain a daily folder containing the CEO's schedule, important documents, and facilitate guest meetings.
- Hold weekly meetings with the CEO for discussing upcoming engagements and preferences.
- Arrange meetings for CEO's direct reports, committees, and groups, while coordinating travel and accommodation.
- Record minutes, conduct research, and manage document signing through platforms like Docusign.
- Plan a comprehensive yearly calendar and ensure timely and confidential information delivery.
- Collaborate with board members, Executive Assistants, and handle administrative tasks including expenses.
- Organise detailed travel plans, documents, and reconcile monthly credit card statements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for both internal and external stakeholders.
- Maintain superior meeting room facilities and adequate supplies.
- Bachelor's degree/diploma in business administration, business management, or relevant qualification.
- 3 - 5 years of experience in a similar role.
- Advanced Computer Literacy.
- Proficient in delivering high-quality and timely verbal and written communication.
- Advanced experience in Microsoft Suite.
- Desirable Experience:
- Experience with Non-Profit Organisations.
