Job Summary
Were looking for an executive assistant to support our CEO with coordinating their schedule, organizing and preparing documents, arranging travel, supporting board meetings, and serving as the eyes and ears of our CEO in company matters. The person were looking for needs to be flexible and adaptable, have a high level of discretion, good problem-solving skills, good time management & attention to detail and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Main Responsibilities
Work directly with the Chief Executive Officer
Maintain the executives calendar and scheduling their meetings
Oversee correspondence
Coordinate projects
Serve as a liaison between the executive and other employees
Take minutes during meetings
Documentation preparation
Analyzing data
Support the executive in any other way deemed necessary
Streamlining operations: Identify and implement solutions to optimize the CEO's workflow and free up their time for strategic decision-making.

Strong Project Management skills - MS Project skills an advantage

Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related qualification (B.Com preferrable) with three years ore more experience
Ability to act decisively and urgently
Ability to work under pressure when required
Ability to work independently
Good verbal and written communication skills (English)
Appropriate Business acumen and entrepreneurial aptitude
