Tasks
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements
- Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence on behalf of the executive
- Coordinate and organize meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking
- Serve as the primary point of contact between the executive and internal/external stakeholders
- Conduct research and compile information for decision-making and strategic planning
- Handle incoming emails, calls, and inquiries, ensuring timely responses
- Assist with special projects and other administrative tasks as needed
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, Personal Assistant, or in a similar administrative role
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other productivity tools
- Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
- High level of professionalism and attention to detail
- Discretion and ability to handle confidential information
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration or a related field is a plus
