Executive Assistant Project Manager

V8 Capital and its subsidiaries(namely Elite Inc) are at the forefront of business innovation and education. Elite provides premium marketing courses and community engagement, while V8 Capital focuses on strategic business development and investment.

We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager & Executive Assistant to support both V8 Capital and Elite operations. This dual role requires exceptional organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across different business units.Primary 

Responsibilities

Elite (Marketing Course & Community Management)

• Lead project management for course development and delivery initiatives
• Attend and document team meetings, creating detailed minutes and tracking action items
• Maintain and update project boards with course development progress and updates
• Manage the Circle community platform
• Handle course operations
• Provide primary customer support through email management and query resolution
• Learn, implement, and maintain automation systems for course delivery and community management

V8 Capital (Executive Support)

• Provide direct support to founders Jandre and Wickus
• Coordinate travel arrangements including flight bookings
• Schedule and arrange board room bookings
• Plan and execute events for V8 Capital subsidiaries
• Handle general administrative tasks as they arise
• Manage calendar and meeting coordination

Required Qualifications

• Previous experience in project management or executive assistance
• Strong organisational and time management skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
• Proficiency in project management tools and productivity software
• Experience with community management platforms (Circle experience a plus)
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Problem-solving mindset with attention to detail

Work Environment

• Hybrid position requiring 1-2 days per week in-office presence (Supported with Travel Allowance)
• Fast-paced environment with diverse responsibilities

Starting Salary: R8, 000 to R15, 000 CTC based on experience, with opportunity to grow.
