Job Responsibilities:
- Provide high-level administrative support to the CEO and senior management team.
- Manage the CEO's calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare and organize reports, presentations, and other documents for internal and external meetings.
- Communicate on behalf of the CEO with internal and external stakeholders.
- Handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion.
- Monitor and prioritize emails, phone calls, and inquiries for the CEO.
- Perform general office duties such as filing, ordering supplies, and maintaining office organization.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field.
- Proven experience as an executive assistant or in a similar role supporting C-level executives.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office productivity tools.
- Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Prior experience in a corporate or executive office setting.
- Familiarity with budget management and financial reporting.
- Experience working in a dynamic and high-growth industry.
- Knowledge of project management principles.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
