This role involves supporting the CEO with billing tasks and other projects while providing general assistance in various aspects of the business. The ideal candidate is quick-witted, trustworthy, and eager to learn, with the potential to grow into the role over time.
Key Responsibilities:
- Billing & Invoicing:
- Assist with billing tasks, including processing and adjusting delivery fees (e.g., modifying delivery fees)
- Handle invoice management, including splitting orders and ensuring accuracy in all billing-related tasks.
- Learn and adhere to the specific rules and procedures related to billing, requiring strong attention to detail and quick adaptation.
- Project Assistance:
- Support the CEO with various projects, requiring flexibility and a proactive approach.
- Assist in managing and organizing tasks as directed by the CEO, ensuring all deadlines are met.
- Executive Support:
- Act as a right hand to the CEO, providing administrative and operational support as needed.
- Manage schedules, handle communications, and assist with any ad-hoc tasks to help streamline the CEOs workload.
- Competence & Intelligence:
- Extremely competent and capable of handling complex tasks with minimal supervision.
- Highly intelligent, quick learner, and able to grasp new concepts quickly.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Savviness:
- Tech-savvy with a good understanding of various software tools and platforms.
- Able to navigate complex situations with tact and efficiency.

Stability In Previous Work Experience Is a Must.
Previous experience in billing, invoicing, or a related field is preferred.
Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to work full-time remote hours 3pm -11pm
