Executive Chef-Sandton

Executive Chef needed for new upmarket Restaurant in Sandton. Looking for individuals with 15+ years relevant chef experience. Experience in a Restaurant environment essential.  Must be able to coordinate and manage complete kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and quality control. Must be proficient in all types of food delivery. Will be responsible for kitchen control systems, food cost and stock management. Candidates will be expected to train and manage staff. Only experienced candidates with good references need to apply. Standard Restaurant working hours apply. Salary R 40000 - 50000 K CTC.
