Olympus, Pretoria East: EXECUTIVE CLIENT PORTFOLIO ADMINISTRATOR / PERSONAL ASSISTANT (INSURANCE/FINANCIAL)
Experience/knowledge of insurance and investment administration would be advantageous, but is not essential. The company will rather focus on a presentable, energetic young lady with fast learning capacity, with at least Matric with Mathematics as a subject (Not Mathematical Literacy). They invest a lot of time and cost on training.
Minimum Requirements:
-Young, energetic and well presentable female, preferably aged approximately 23 – 30 years
-Fully bilingual in Afrikaans and English (Afrikaans and English first and second languages)
-Matric / Grade 12 (With Mathematics and/or Commercial subject e.g. Accounting, Economics etc.) A MUST
-Relevant bachelor’s qualification (B.Com) advantageous, but not essential
-Relevant Tertiary Qualification OR Relevant experience in financial sector
-Fast learner (training provided)
-Basic understanding of economics, financial markets,
income tax and accounting and knowledge of insurance and investment administration and understanding of regulation would be highly advantageous
-Computer literate in MS Office
-Understanding of CRM (Client Relationship Management) system advantageous
-Excellent and accurate typing skills
-Excellent communication skills in Afrikaans and English, verbal and written
-Tactful, group orientated team player
-Detail conscious, accurate and neat
-Ability to operate independently
-Ability to prioritise activities and adjust effectively
-Manage difficult situations calmly and be resilient under pressure
-Non smoker
-Valid driver’s license and own reliable transport
-Stable employment record
-Well presented and professional
-To start as soon as possible
Duties:
-Reception and Personal Assistant duties
-Administrative and secretarial support to Financial Planners in office environment through general and client portfolio administration with executive duties
-Understand, execute and manage intermediary services as defined by the FAIS Act
-Receive and execute tasks and instructions via e-mail, electronic voice and telephone
-Prepare reports and correspondence, typing, data capturing and CRM
-Maintaining client relationship, liaison via e-mail, telephone etc.
-Liaison with service providers, instructions to and management of execution
-Keeping and execution of minutes in meetings, conference calls or client consultations
-Review and maintain ongoing instructions and client portfolios
-General influence to maintain a professional office environment
Salary: R 10 000.00 – R 15 000.00 gross (Depending on relevant qualification and relevant experience)
