Executive: Commercial M&T

Responsible for leading the company's Commercial Mast and Towers properties division by driving the optimization of the portfolio while owning and managing operating expenditure and the asset value of the sites. Responsible for the development of a Commercial portfolio strategy related to Mast and Tower sites, balancing business requirements with current and longer term needs. Responsible to act as point of contact for all Commercial Mast and Tower sites and related management issues thereof. Responsible for producing a rolling 'fix it' plan for top key issues presented by business relating to Mast and Tower sites. Also responsible for managing relevant compliance and risks across the portfolio whilst at the same time ensuring a positive customer experience.
