Facilitate the guest experience in the legae in terms of housekeeping, meal co-ordination and activity co-ordination. Ensure that all the needs of guests are catered for by providing a personalised service to guests.
Facilitating the Guest experience in the legae
- Meet guests when they arrive and getting them settled in their rooms
- Anticipate guests' needs by learning their preferences. Allergies, dislikes etc
- Have a thorough understanding of the menu and all drinks in stock
- Access and restock mini bar in rooms
- Serve meals and drinks for guests
- Tidy rooms and ensure housekeeping are on standard
- Run errands for guests when necessary
- Recommend and arrange amenities for guests
- See guests off when they check out
- Remain well-groomed all times
- Keep updated with all activities on the property
- Keep updated with all policies and protocols
- Perform other related duties as required
- Assists other departments when required
- Be available to serve on various committees that are required by the company and by law
- Knowledge of food and wine pairing
- How to host high-end guests
- Safety and First Aid
- Drivers licence Code EB
- Computer literate
- Language proficiency: English
- Grade 12
- Degree/Diploma in Hospitality Management
