Applicants Must Meet The Following Requirements
- Must have BSc/BEng/BTech/NDip in Civil Engineering with Professional Registration with ECSA.
- Must have +10 years' experience at a senior level in the consulting engineering environment.
- Master's degree in civil engineering will be an advantage
- Strong technical ability.
- Must have proven experience in the field of water and sanitation infrastructure design (such as in at least some of the following fields: large bore pipelines, pumping stations, water and/or wastewater treatment works, dams, hydropower, canals, river abstraction works, etc.), construction supervision and contract administration in the consulting engineering industry.
- Must have post graduate studies and/or experience in water engineering / wastewater treatment / water treatment.
- Must have working knowledge of GCC/ FIDIC / NEC / JBCC.
- Must have administrative and human resource management experience.
- Must have active and successful marketing experience.
- Must be competent in using MSWord, MS Excel, Outlook, Civil 3D / relevant design software.
- Must have Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills coupled with a sense of urgency and a participative management style.
- Must have excellent leadership skills.
