A large, well established and corporate financial firm is looking for an Executive PA for the MD and Operations Director. Suitable candidate must have advanced Excel skills and at least 2 years previous PA experience.
Minimum Requirements:-
Must have advanced Excel.
Must have at least 2 years previous experience as an Executive Personal Assistant.
Must be available immediately.
Duties will include the following:-
Compiling of various reports on Excel,
Handling the full PA duties for the MD and the Operations Director, Screening of calls and assisting where possible,
Diary bookings and booking of appointments, functions and meetings,
Organising of travel arrangements,
Typing of documentation, Taking minutes of meetings and distributing thereof, Maintaining the stationery,
Running of personal errands, Organising of boardroom meetings and
Suitable candidate must have a strong personality, have the ability to work under extreme pressure and deadlines, be highly organised, resilient and dedicated.
