Company based in Louis Trichardt, Limpopo is seeking an executive personal assistant.
Job responsibilities:
- Manage and maintain the executive diary and email account.
- Prepare correspondence and various other administrative documents.
- Co-ordination and follow up of various ad-hoc activities.
- Co-ordination of various marketing and sales related projects.
- Perform various administration and general office duties.
- Call screening and client interaction.
Job requirements:
- Highly computer literate and fully proficient in the use of MS Outlook, MS Word, MS PowerPoint and Excel (preferably advanced or expert level).
- Very good oral and written communication skills.
- Practical problem solving ability.
- Ability to deal well with people at all levels.
- Matric essential.
- Secretarial diploma or certificate.
- Unendorsed legal driver’s license.
- Own car – added advantage
