Executive Personal Assistant
Key Responsibilities:
- Management the Executives’ diary
- Keep and maintain records of divisional expenditures
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects for the office
- Coordinate management reports
- Co-ordinate local travel plans for the Executive
- Facilitate the implementation of meeting resolutions in conjunction with Executive
- Manage and coordinate meetings with stakeholders
- Review correspondence and prepare draft responses for the office
- Conduct research on issues pertinent to the office
Qualifications and other requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration/Management
- Five years’ experience in office management with 2 years at a senior management support level
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong writing skills and presentation skills
- Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills
- Ability to make sound decisions
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite
Salary: R12500pm + benefits
