Executive personal assistant needed

Job vacancy for an executive personal assistant in Clifton, Atlantic Seaboard.

Job responsibilities:

  • Managing the Executives’ diary.
  • Keep and maintain records of divisional expenditures.
  • Plan, coordinate and monitor projects for the office.
  • Coordinate management reports.
  • Co-ordinate local travel plans for the Executive.
  • Facilitate the implementation of meeting resolutions in conjunction with Executive.
  • Manage and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
  • Review correspondence and prepare draft responses for the office.
  • Conduct research on issues pertinent to the office.

Job requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration/Management.
  • Five years’ experience in office management with 2 years at a senior management support level.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Strong writing skills and presentation skills.
  • Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to make sound decisions.
  • Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
