Job vacancy for an executive personal assistant in Clifton, Atlantic Seaboard.
Job responsibilities:
- Managing the Executives’ diary.
- Keep and maintain records of divisional expenditures.
- Plan, coordinate and monitor projects for the office.
- Coordinate management reports.
- Co-ordinate local travel plans for the Executive.
- Facilitate the implementation of meeting resolutions in conjunction with Executive.
- Manage and coordinate meetings with stakeholders.
- Review correspondence and prepare draft responses for the office.
- Conduct research on issues pertinent to the office.
Job requirements:
- Minimum 3 years Diploma in Office Administration/Management.
- Five years’ experience in office management with 2 years at a senior management support level.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong writing skills and presentation skills.
- Excellent planning, organisational and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to make sound decisions.
- Advanced use of Microsoft Office Suite.
