Job responsibilities:
- The successful candidate will provide high quality administrative and clerical assistance
- Scheduling meetings
- Making travel arrangements
- Organizing daily calendar
- Completing various administrative tasks (personal and business) as well as maintaining confidentiality in all tasks
Job requirements:
- Solid experience, at least 3 years, as an Executive PA in a similar position
- Grade 12 pass
- Relevant 3 year diploma/ certificate
- Proficient in Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point
- Highly organised
- Maintain strict confidentiality in all dealings
- Professional
- Great communications skills, both written and verbal
- Able to work independently
- Able to work accurately under pressure
- Able to anticipate the needs of the Directors
- Diary Management
- Proactive working style - flexibility, adaptability and tact
- The salary is negotiable, depending on experience
