Key Responsibilities:
- Schedule and coordinate client and candidate interviews, ensuring seamless communication and timely reminders.
- Efficiently organize and manage contact information, utilizing our CRM system to its full potential.
- Process invoices using Xero with accuracy and promptness.
- Assist the Director in advancing clients through the sales pipeline, utilizing CRM tools.
- Maintain strong client relationships through effective liaison and communication.
- Contribute to our social media presence and marketing efforts, ideally having proficiency in Canva or similar tools.
- Continuously improve and maintain internal processes and systems to enhance operational efficiency.
- Proven experience as an Executive Assistant, preferably within a recruitment or consultancy environment.
- Strong expertise in CRM systems and their application in sales and client management.
- Proficient in Xero for financial management and invoicing.
- Excellent organizational skills, adept at managing multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Familiarity with social media management and graphic design tools like Canva is highly desirable.
