Executive Sous Chef-Parkhurst

Trendy Restaurant in Parkhurst is looking for an Executive Sous Chef. Looking for individuals with 5+ years relevant chef and kitchen management experience. Experience in an a la carte Restaurant environment preferred. Must be able to assist in coordinating and managing a busy kitchen operation. Main focus will be food preparation and food quality control. Will also be responsible for stock management. Applicants must be proficient in kitchen administration. Duties will also include staff management and training. Ability to run a pass beneficial. Formal qualification preferred. Salary R 15000 - 20000 K nett depending on experience.
