Experienced QUALIFIED INSTALLATION MANAGER - Serve as primary job site contact for installation subcontractors & customers - requirement to resolve all installation & customer discrepancies - Direct oversight of subcontractors as required ensuring productivity & standards of them - assign work accordingly - Job Functions: Provide complete installation method & materials estimate for jobs, ensuring that it meets financial, construction/ manufacturing standards - Key Job Responsibilities: Must maintain 98% accuracy on all measures- expected to maintain this accuracy level in both units & jobs measured - Oversight/management of subies ensuring productivity & standards of them - Proactively recognize situations that could impact customer expectations, job costs& /or required residential building codes - Serve as primary liaison between sales & customer - Assist with installations & service work as required - Dependable & punctual with appointments, docs & commitments - Job Requirements: 5-7 years of exp in Construction Project Management, Estimating or Engineering with strong preference given to exp in residential construction. Highly organized, accurate, personable - Valid driver's license, clean driving record - Excellent communication skills
