Responsibilities
- Support the Sales Manager in achieving sales targets and objectives.
- Conduct outreach to potential customers via phone calls, emails, and other communication channels.
- Engage confidently with potential customers to understand their needs and effectively communicate the value proposition of our telecom products and services.
- Follow up consistently with leads to nurture relationships and move them through the sales pipeline.
- Assist in developing and implementing sales strategies to maximize revenue and market penetration.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and progress in
- CRM software.
- Collaborate with the sales team to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
- Provide administrative support to the Sales Manager as needed.
- Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in the telecom industry.
- Fluent in English with excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Comfortable and confident in engaging with potential customers over the phone.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Flexible and adaptable to changing priorities and fast-paced environments.
