- Minimum Qualifications:
- Certificate or National Diploma in Marketing
- Experience in the FMCG or Export Sales/Sales Reporting Industry
- Ability to communicate in Portuguese (Read, Written and Verbal)
- Knowledge of INCOTERMS
- MS Offcie Suite (Word, Excel and PowerPoint)
- Proficient with Excel is a must

- Quoting export prices on various Intercoms Terms(FCA/FOB etc) and working out the full value cost with BOM or transfer cost
- Confirming product pricing
- Freight rates from shipping agents
- Obtaining and sending samples by airfreight
- Following up and closing sales
- Following up on production, SOH vs Orders and production plan
- Liaising with Marketing Departments on product and packaging changes as required
- Checking the messages sent and received by fax and email system and making sure that they are successfully distributed and transmitted
- Liaising with relevant departments within the company with regards to travel arrangements
- Preparing the necessary orders and ensuring timely delivery
- Arrangements with external customers and suppliers
- Preparing of purchase orders, when required
- Answering of incoming telephone calls when lines are engaged or when individuals of the department are not in their offices
- Responsible for prompt reply on all Tender requirements from quotation to final invoice.
