THE OPPORTUNITY

IIE Varsity College, Westville campus is seeking appointees in the field of Commerce to strengthen the teaching and research capabilities in the Faculty of Management Studies.

Job Purpose

The primary purpose of this position is the delivery of effective facilitation/lecturing on qualifications and all associated academic activities such as student engagement and support that will promote student success and learning.

Ideal

Minimum Education Requirements:

• Honours Bachelor's Degree in Human Resource Management

Alternatively

• Honours Degree in one of the Business related fields with Industrial Psychology or Labour Law with Human Resource Management to second-year level.

Minimum Work Experience Requirements

• Lecturing experience in Human Resource Management/Industrial Psychology or Labour Law.
• Work experience in Human Resource Management, Industrial Psychology or Labour Law.
