- Selling tiling and flooring products to construction, architectural and quantity surveying clientele
- Provide clients with all information regarding measurements, colour, grade, price, stock availability and use of tiling products
- Develop and utilise sales and marketing strategies to increase sales
- Achieving monthly, quarterly and annual targets
- Maintain product knowledge
- Prospect and generate clientele through cold calling, canvassing and networking
- Promoting the company and products to clients
- Establish and maintain relationships with clients, suppliers and corporate clientele
- Maintain the existing client base
- Conducting client visits
- Follow-up with clients regarding samples or measurements
- Be a brand ambassador to project a positive sales and company image
- Attending various events on behalf of the company – dinners and functions
- Process sales orders and advise clients on the process i.e. payments, arranging delivery, etc
