EXTRUSION OPERATOR REQUIRED IN KILLARNEY GARDENS
Key Responsibilities and Duties- Checking materials against specification and decanting into material feed system.
- Pack extrusions at the required rate ensuring satisfactory presentation of product.
- Check product specification against work instructions, with ability to correct if not correct.
- Assist with change overs, set ups and starting the extrusion process independently.
- Setup and move machinery when required (i.e. Printers, Haul offs, Co-extruders, water buckets and Cutting units.)
- Bringing products into specification and assisting others if required.

- Recording product quality as per work instructions (i.e. 15 Minute checks, First Off and Last Off)
- Maintaining on-line production records, following all work instructions and procedures.
- Maintaining good housekeeping and ensure that area is clean, tidy and hazard free.
- Ensure packaging is acquired, to specification and sufficient for needs.
- Correctly identifying products using the companies label system.
- Recycling non-conforming product.
- Work to all Company and legislative health and safety guidance and policies.
- Carry out any reasonably requested duty as required by management.
- Understanding and making use of SFDC screen correctly
- It is your responsibility to familiarise yourself with all work instructions and procedures set out.
