PURPOSE:

To configure and prototype applications, conduct end-user training and ensure compliance to demand management processes.

MAJOR CHALLENGES:

High number of request volumes.

B Tech Information Technology (Essential/Minimum)

EXPERIENCE:

5 years Relevant experience in Information Technology or related (Essential/Minimum) Operational

REQUIREMENTS:

Identify and implement initiatives to improve systems and processes by extracting information and compiling new reports and or existing standard reports on best practice systems and processes to identify and meet organisational needs

Business Performance and Operations

Release value through ongoing application maintenance, development and optimisation

Compliance, Governance and Assurance

Ensure all information and reporting has integrity and is in strict compliance with proper accounting principles and law

Customer and Client Relationship Management

Support core business by ensuring appropriate stakeholder relationships towards enhancing corporate profile

Functional Excellence

Adhere to functional policies, standards, guidelines, procedures, end- to-end processes, tools, templates etc.

Functional Management

Governance: Ensure function adheres to governance, policies, standards, statutory and legal compliance. Entrench a culture of discipline
