We are seeking an experienced Eye-Care Account Manager to join our CX department. As an Eye-Care Account Manager, you will be responsible for managing and growing relationships with our eye-care clients.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients
- Identify and pursue opportunities to grow client accounts
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices
- The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in account management, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a passion for the eye-care industry.

- 4+ years of experience working in a digital marketing role
- 2+ years of client-facing experience, managing multiple accounts at the same time
- Experience in a sales role
- Experience in working within the Eye Care industry.
- Excellent phone presence - an extroverted and professional personality is a must
- Self-motivated, organized, and strong communication skills
- The ideal candidate is a team player and a problem-solver, who is also resourceful and can think outside of the box.
- Ability to work in a private, quiet workspace with a fast internet connection.
