Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate complex projects involving client strategy, client projects, and potential department administration.
  • Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication among team members and clients.
  • Support client strategists with training, growth, and development initiatives.
  • Assist with departmental administrative tasks as needed.
  • Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring professional demeanor and exceptional service.
Required Skills/Qualifications:
  • Proven experience in project management or executive/administrative assistance.
  • Some marketing experience, particularly in North American markets.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
  • Ability to manage multiple complex projects with quickly changing priorities.
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with native fluency in English.
  • Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions.
  • Availability to work 9-5 EST, Monday to Friday.
Preferred Skills/Qualifications:
  • Experience with tools and platforms such as Asana, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office suite.
  • Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting initiatives.
  • Ability to understand and accept feedback constructively.
  • Adaptable, kind, diplomatic, and respectful to both colleagues and clients.
