Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate complex projects involving client strategy, client projects, and potential department administration.
- Manage project timelines, deliverables, and communication among team members and clients.
- Support client strategists with training, growth, and development initiatives.
- Assist with departmental administrative tasks as needed.
- Ensure that projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Maintain clear and consistent communication with clients, ensuring professional demeanor and exceptional service.
- Proven experience in project management or executive/administrative assistance.
- Some marketing experience, particularly in North American markets.
- Highly organized with strong attention to detail and efficiency.
- Ability to manage multiple complex projects with quickly changing priorities.
- Exceptional collaboration and communication skills, with native fluency in English.
- Professional demeanor suitable for client-facing interactions.
- Availability to work 9-5 EST, Monday to Friday.
- Experience with tools and platforms such as Asana, Microsoft Teams, and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a proactive approach to supporting initiatives.
- Ability to understand and accept feedback constructively.
