Calling upon all unemployed University, University of Technology and TVET college graduates looking for employment, who hold qualities and characteristics that will help educate people grow and develop life skills to apply. We are looking for young, training facilitators/assessors to join our team. No facilitator or assessor registration is required, we will train you.
Responsibilities
- Delivering theoretical and practical training in accordance with established curriculum and lesson plans.
- Evaluating and assessing learners' theoretical and practical competencies against predetermined standards.
- Ensuring that all training equipment, workshops, and resources are functional and well-maintained.
- Conducting regular inventory checks to monitor equipment and supply levels.
- Performing administrative and managerial duties, such as preparing and submitting reports to relevant authorities.
- Attending industry and training workshops, as well as other prescribed training, to continuously develop personal skills and knowledge.
- Designing a comprehensive plan for delivering the qualification to adequately prepare learners for successful completion and passing of assessments.
- Individuals must be willing to relocate
- BSc, BTech, Advanced Diploma, Diploma in Civil Engineering, Project Management, Agriculture, Marketing, business Administration or any related qualification.
