Job Overview
UD Trucks is known for our pioneering technologies and products within the commercial automotive industry. This position is to support the department with both long- and short-term projects.
This position is earmarked to Unemployed Youth on a 12 month contract basis. The person applying must comply with the criteria and be registered on the Yes4Youth platform
Responsibilities And Duties
- Requesting quotations from different supplier
- Attending to jobs loaded on the RE job card portal.
- Filing reports and all RE documents on share point
- Attending to all water dispenser queries
- Escorting suppliers throughout our premises
- Ensuring all suppliers onsite adhere to OHS.
- Attending to any ad-hoc request from business
- Knowledge of office layout and cad drawing will be an added advantage.
- Diploma in any engineering field or Business Administration
