Facilities Co-ordinator
Requirements:
- Matric
- Professional qualification or business related degree (desirable)
- Memeber of relevant facilities professional institution (desirable)
- Recognised Health , Safety, Environmental qualification (desirable)
- At least two years FM experience
- Fluent in English Language, both written and spoken
- Experience of managing and motivating direct and supply chain teams
- Good communicator and team player
- Good people management skills
- Ability to accept change and work flexibly
- Management of Health, Safety and Environment
- Negotiation skills and commercial acumen
- Salary: dependant on experience & qualifications
