Requirements:

  • Matric
  • Professional qualification or business related degree (desirable)
  • Memeber of relevant facilities professional institution (desirable)
  • Recognised Health , Safety, Environmental qualification (desirable)
  • At least two years FM experience
  • Fluent in English Language, both written and spoken
  • Experience of managing and motivating direct and supply chain teams
  • Good communicator and team player
  • Good people management skills
  • Ability to accept change and work flexibly
  • Management of Health, Safety and Environment
  • Negotiation skills and commercial acumen
  • Salary: dependant on experience & qualifications
