- Listed Company experience.
- Management of an A Grade stand-alone building of 5051 square metres of GLA, ground floor and two floors of workspaces.
- Safety compliance OSHAS Act.
- Facilities Team Management.
- Budget management and ensuring cost-effectiveness.
- Landlord engagement.
- Management of company vehicles.
- Vendor and cost management.
- Allocation and management of Head Office space.
- Oversight and management of adhoc repairs and maintenance/refurbishment, and space planning projects.
- Submission of monthly safety reports as per Group Safety representative.
- Facilitate appointment and training of Safety officers, fire marshals and First Aiders.
- Oversight and management multi-disciplinary team including office manager, building handyman, driver, receptionists and refreshment orderlies.
- Ensure Landlord services obligations are being met on a monthly basis per terms of the lease agreement.
- Review and processing of monthly invoice from landlord and allocation of costs to relevant cost centres.
- Effective management of all 3rd party Service Level Agreements, including but not limited to security, grounds/gardens, cleaning, CCTV system.
- Procurement and management of all office consumables, including compilation of monthly recoveries from cost centres.
Other adhoc Facilities related tasks and projects as communicated by management from time to time.
