Facilities Management Intern

Our client is looking to appoint Facilities Management Interns (X2) for 12 months to join their dynamic team.

Purpose of the role

To gain exposure in Facilities and maintenance to assist in cost analysis, understanding of fair price on all facilities, maintenance and labor

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide cost analysis for maintenance and repair activities.
  • Assist with fair pricing for all facilities, maintenance, and labor.
  • Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities, costs, and vendor performance.
  • Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team members to support daily operations.
Requirements
  • Recently graduated or completed a degree in Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
  • Must have exposure to Facilities and Maintenance
  • Understanding of safety standards and protocols in maintenance operations
  • Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Consistent academic excellence.
  • Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Self-starter, self- motivated and self-managed.
  • Creativity, proactiveness and strong interpersonal skills.
