Purpose of the role
To gain exposure in Facilities and maintenance to assist in cost analysis, understanding of fair price on all facilities, maintenance and labor
Key Responsibilities
- Provide cost analysis for maintenance and repair activities.
- Assist with fair pricing for all facilities, maintenance, and labor.
- Assist in maintaining records of maintenance activities, costs, and vendor performance.
- Work closely with the Facilities Manager and team members to support daily operations.
- Recently graduated or completed a degree in Financial Management, Business Management, or a related field.
- Must have exposure to Facilities and Maintenance
- Understanding of safety standards and protocols in maintenance operations
- Excellent communication, negotiation and presentation skills.

- Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
