A large international company in the catering and related business is looking for facilities manager in Braamfontein.
Job requirements:
- Must ideally have a minimum of three years experience in catering operations at management level.
- Knowledge of food management.
- Must be computer literate.
- Possession of the relevant food management or similar qualifications will be advantageous.
Job responsibilities:
- Must be able to manage multiple sites.
- To ensure at all times that company and statutory regulations of the Occupational Health and Safety Act are adhered to.
- To ensure that the catering unit is operating to the agreed catering and budgetary standards.
- To ensure that the unit administration is completed accurately and handed in as per set deadlines.
- Must be able to cost menus.
- Efficient and effective utilization of staff.
- Must be able to implement systems and procedures.
- Must be able to manage cleaning services.
