Role Purpose
To be the primary point of contact between the transaction parties to a syndicated loan and manage the communication between the borrower and the lenders
To handle the flow of funds and provide ongoing transaction support
Are You Someone Who Can
- Perform monitoring, tracking and analysis of cash flows, transfers and communications between borrower and lenders, and to ensure the loan administration is updated and completed
- Provide an administration service that meet time and quality standards and includes reporting and updating of all relevant information
- Ensure compliance to legislative and audit requirements and adherence to relevant processes
- Improve business decisions by providing accurate and reliable business intelligence (information) together with analysing trends and data
- Engage with clients to understand their unique requirements, drive value optimisation and advise best options for product integration and wealth management.
- Manage the growth of active customer account base
- Contribute to client service delivery culture through adherence to approved organisational service delivery principles
- Deliver exceptional service adhering to relevant SLA agreements and offering appropriate solutions
- Accumulate information to review work progress that provides input to reporting, decision making and the identification of improvement opportunities
- Establish mutually beneficial relationships with stakeholders that support thought leadership, innovative and integrated practice solutions
- Apply a customer-centric approach that focuses on creating a positive experience for the customer by maximising service and/or product offerings and building relationships to ensure that the customer is at the centre of the business philosophy, operations and ideas
- Relevant financial degree
- 5+ years experience in a deal-management environment
- Maintain expert knowledge on relevant legislative amendments, industry best practices and provide of advice to relevant stakeholders
