Factory Manager

Responsible for production planning
Responsible for setting production standards and measurement
Implement and manage preventative maintenance program as well as general maintenance for the site including production plant, machinery and property
Operation of Colour Treatment plant, Pasteurisation plant, blending operations and RO plant
Packaging operations - Aseptic packaging equipment as well as regular packaging lines
Bulk handling - inbound and outbound
Operation of all utilities including steam, cooling, refrigeration, compressed air and effluent
Management and control of Weighbridge activities
Control of Effluent - treatment and disposal
Capital projects on site including planning, budgeting and execution
Application of cost management principles to manage the Factory Budget
Manage the performance and development of production team members
Ensure legal compliance at all times within the Factory environment
Requires acceptance and fulfillment of 16 (2) appointment
Ensure SHE standards for the site are adhered to
