- Manage daily production of glass and aluminium windows and doors.
- Oversee staff to ensure production targets and quality standards are met.
- Optimize production processes and implement efficiency improvements.
- Ensure proper maintenance of machinery and equipment.
- Coordinate with procurement for raw materials, ensuring adequate inventory.
- Monitor and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations.
- Resolve production issues and implement cost-saving initiatives.
