Minimum requirements:
- Tertiary qualification in Logistics or Finance
- 3 Years Experience in a similar role (FMCG environment would be beneficial)
- Experience working on an accounting package
- Own transport
- Due to the nature of the business it will be required of the person in this role to be available during the period October January. Therefore, annual leave cannot be taken during this time.
Location: Paarl, Western Cape
Job Type: Full Time; Permanent with a 3-month probation period
Package: Negotiable based on experience and expertise
Working Hours: Monday Friday: 08:00 16:30

Duties and Responsibilities include, but not limited to:
- Receiving of orders via client portals, email and phone.
- Processing of orders and formulating summary and loading sheets for the packing and dispatch department.
- Ensuring that orders are captured on accounting system and invoiced.
- Responsibilities include the management of the dispatch department
- Maintaining customer relations with regards to sales orders and follow up.
- Record keeping and general administration
- Required to work in a high-pressure work environment
- The position will require the person to be methodical and analytical
- Accuracy and attention to detail is crucial in this role.
- Strong people relations is a must have
