A reputable law firm in Johannesburg is seeking a highly skilled Litigation, Commercial and Family Law Attorney with Labour law background to join their team and support and grow our national clients as well. The ideal candidate will have to have a proven track record in general litigation and family law, alongside adept skills in client relationship management. A self-driven individual with a passion for law and the ability to work independently and in a team, have a robust work ethic, and an understanding of dispute resolution mechanisms.
Key Responsibilities- Independently manage the Litigation and Family Law department, reporting directly to the directors.
- Handle complex litigation matters.
- Lead the department effectively.
- Exhibit excellent organizational and communication skills.
Requirements- LLB or BCOM LLB
- Applicant must have at least 5 to 7 years post-article experience;
- Must have sound knowledge of High Court and Magistrates Court Litigation;
- Commercial Law & Labour Law experience will be beneficial
- Must be able to run the Litigation and Family Law department independently reporting only to the directors;
