Duties:
- Running the restaurant (operations, finances, hygiene)
- Manage, coach & schedule staff
- Order & receive stock
- Manage controllable expenses
- Submit reports
- Handle cash & banking
- Customer satisfaction
Requirements:
- Matric
- SA citizens only
- 1-4 years Restaurant / QSR Supervisor experience
- 2 years POS experience
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
- Driver's license
- Own reliable transport
- Clear criminal record
- Clear credit record
