The Purpose Of This Position Is To
- Assist with Pensions administration.
- Call claimants confirming consultation and experience of service providers.
- Support the Claims Quality Assurance by reviewing quality assurance report and send frequent follow up to managers and supervisors.
- Vendors verification
- Data collection and analysis
- Coordinate FEM Beneficiaries Outreach.
- Assist in administration of assigned projects.
- Matric with good functional literacy in English and Mathematics
- Relevant diploma or degree
- 0 to 6 months experience in general administration
- Communication skills
- Excellent phone etiquette
- Attention to details skills
