Job Description:Job Title: Quality Assurance Assistant (Temporary 6-8 months)

Ferring +You
We are seeking a meticulous and detail-oriented Quality Assurance Assistant to join our team for a contract period. The ideal candidate will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and maintaining the highest standards of quality throughout our processes.

Your day at Ferring
Product Batch Release:
  • Obtain batch-specific documentation.

  • Send test samples for post-importation retest.

  • Conduct full document audit before final release approval.
QA Reporting:
  • Generate reports on credits, ADR, complaints, inventory releases, etc.

  • Prepare annual Quality Review Report.
Credit Requests Management:
  • Assess credit requests, ensuring quality-related documentation inclusion.
Support to QA, Regulatory, and Medical Departments:
  • Assist RP, DRP, or MAM with assigned tasks.

  • Handle document control tasks, including SOP updates, technical agreements, CAPA implementation, etc.

  • Support internal and external audits, including supplier audits and regulatory inspections.
Other QA Duties:
  • Order Reference Standards for Product Information Technology (PIT).

  • You bring the following skills and experience to Ferring

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.

  • Experience with quality management software systems (i.e. Veeva Vault) is advantageous.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Excel, including vlookups and pivot tables.

  • Qualified Post Basic Pharmacist Assistant registered with SAPC, or a relevant scientific discipline degree/diploma (National Diploma/B.tech/Bachelor's) will be advantageous.

  • Previous experience in pharmaceutical or related industries, preferably with knowledge of quality assurance principles and cGMP requirements will be advantageous.

  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills, adept at identifying and resolving problems effectively.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, fostering collaboration within team environments.

  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and excel in fast-paced environments.
  • Attention to Detail: Meticulous in reviewing and analyzing information, ensuring accuracy in all tasks.

  • Accuracy: Consistently delivers precise and error-free work, maintaining high-quality standards.
