A Field Marketer should be well updated on the various technological advancements and have the right kind of expertise to excel in communicating these.
A Field Marketer should have a passion for marketing, ability to strike a chord with people, and understand the customers' needs. They should be updated with the latest trends happening in the telecommunications industry and should have a great business acumen. He/she should be target oriented and should be able to develop innovative sales and marketing strategies.

PREVIOUS WORK EXPERIENCE/ QUALIFICATIONS
- Matric or NQF equivalent
- 2 years experience in a sales role with a track record of exceeding revenue sales targets within the telecommunication/retail sector
- 1 years experience in field services, retail sales or similar role may be beneficial
Special Requirements
- Vehicle less than 8 years old and must be in the name of the successful candidate. Vehicle must be fitted with a handsfree kit.
- Proof of business insurance (with 30-day car hire option or has access to a reliable 2nd vehicle in line with company)
- Valid Drivers license
- Meet weekly, monthly, and targets through successful implementation of sales and marketing strategies and tactics
- Understand briefs and adjust sales techniques accordingly to meet stated outcomes.
- Diary planning and call execution to ensure store base and required visits are executed on
- Work proactively towards increasing the outlets overall TNPS scores
- Encourage and assist outlets to access and utilize the online learning portal (Axonify)
- Drive a minimum of 90% participation of Axonify across all chains and channels
