Support the development of on-site installation, servicing and repair processes of complex equipment and systems. You will provide technical presentations to an audience of customers, other industry peers and competitors. You will support revision and correction of work instructions and customer-facing training guides used by field installation specialists. You will drive continuous improvement initiatives in the processes related to field services and product development. You will support cross-functional groups to quickly fix any administrative difficulties relating to delivery and installation of proper equipment. You will act as an escalation point for Field Service Specialists, Service Engineers, and other stakeholders.
Daily Technical Activities
Maintenance on EBI Software and IT related system
Service and maintenance of Honeywell and third-party equipment
Day to day servicing, calibrations and maintenance.
Achievement, measurement and reporting of performance indicators and site service objectives.
Configuration of BMS, Access Control, Security, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, CCTV and Digital Video, Airport Systems, Energy Management and other systems that may from time to time be added to the product range.
Trouble shooting, fault diagnosis and repairs on BMS, Access Control, Security, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, CCTV and Digital Video, Airport System, Energy Management and other systems that may from time to time be added to the product range.
Software load and Configuration of EBI and other related Software Systems.
Programming of BMS, Access Control, Security, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, CCTV and Digital Video, Airport Systems, Energy Management and other systems that may from time to time be added to the product range.
Ensure that work delivered is carried out in a professional, timely, and cost-effective manner.
Ensure customer satisfaction is high through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.
Daily Project and Contract Activities
Small to Medium project installations including managing Subcontractors.
Supervision of subcontractors, including the verification of the quality of the service works delivered, when subcontractors are used.
Oversee service project installations.
Estimates material costs and quantities and ordering parts.
Oversee ordering of parts
Financial control according to previously agreed budgets and plans.
Ensuring customer satisfaction through direct liaison with client representatives, customers and service recipients.
Ensuring delivery of value to Honeywell clients and customers
Development and maintenance of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information as required, or instructed by Team Leader.
Assist in the achievement of contract key performance indicators (KPIs) by organizing, categorizing and closing out jobs.
Daily General Activities
Availability for and performance of duties outside of normal working hours as per agreed rosters and as directed.
Assist (be available as required) for after hours and emergency services requirements associated with the client base.
Take part in the standby technician process and assist in accurate preparation of the standby technicians roster.
Oversee update of site-specific documentation and quality assurance information.
Accurate and timeous completion and preparation of service job administration for processing by service administration.
Accurate and timeous completion and submission of all required administration.

Technical consulting, repair, service support, design and implementation support to the service business and customers. This includes pre-sales support to the sales / account management team, as well as to the Projects and Engineering Teams on project implementation.
Project management of renewals and other service projects including high level of management of customer and ensuring project milestones are achieved.
Contract Retention customer satisfaction, site audits
Effectively meet customer needs, build productive customer relationships and take responsibility for customer satisfaction.

Carry out to a high standard and quality all Spot, Project and Renewal Work
Ensure that you continually use available support tools and software to achieve a high level of customer satisfaction, including but not limited to available mechanical and software tools, FieldCentrix, SAP, QWIX stock management, Honeywell Performance Development, Safety Playbook, etc.
Participate in customer meetings.
Ability to interact and build relationships with customers.

Qualifications
Tertiary qualified (degree and/or trade, IT, Electrical or Electronic Diploma or higher) in business/facility management, or related industry.
Intermediate to advanced computer skills.
Fault finding and repairs to Electronic equipment.
Experience with Honeywell control systems and EBI products including BMS, Access Control, Security, HVAC, Fire and Life Safety, CCTV and Digital Video, Asset Tracking, Energy Management and other systems that may from time to time be added to the product range.
