- Supporting Honeywells install base on Secunda site
- Adherence to the SLA between Sasol and Honeywell
- Maintenance and ad-hoc work, on Honeywell/Sasol MES systems
- Troubleshooting and systems analysis
- Remote monitoring of Sasol/Honeywell process network, to ensure stable system performance
- Provide technical insight to the MES landscape
- Seek opportunities to grow the MES landscape within Sasol
- Execute projects with excellence and within scope, schedule and budget
- Assist with RCA's and disaster recovery where required
- Provide knowledge sharing and technical guidance
